Establishment Justification

  • The need to establish an Innovation Center that focuses on integrating knowledge including body of knowledge in the field of computer science and Multimedia to application technology and Islamic-oriented innovation.

  • This Innovation Center will be a local center (hub) that will lead in application and system development training as well as Islamic-based innovative projects inside and outside UIS.

  • This Innovation Center also creates a Pool of Talent that will connect faculty, students, alumni, industry players and other parties in ensuring a more interesting learning and research ecosystem at UIS. Indirectly, the sustainability and survival of faculty graduates will also be more competitive.
